There are a few common reasons why a code may appear as invalid:
Incorrect Region
The code might be restricted to a specific region, and if the user is attempting to redeem it outside the supported country, it will not work. In such cases, we recommend confirming the customer's location with proof showing both IP address and ISP information.
Code Generation Errors
Occasionally, a technical error may occur during the code generation process on the brand’s side, which can result in an invalid or unusable code. These issues are rare but possible and require verification with the supplier or brand.
Activation Issues
The code may not have been correctly activated at the point of sale or by the brand's system. If this is the case, the code will appear invalid until the activation is resolved.
